Format: Our coaching plans are tailor-made according to the specific goals and needs of your organization. Each week you will place a call to me at a specific time to discuss where you are, what you wish to be the focus for this week. We’ll tackle the problems, present moment issues and log term resolutions. We’ll focus on forwarding the action to progress in the direction of your goals.
Pricing: Corporate coaching services are based on a minimum of $450 per hour.
Foundation Session: Prior to scheduling our initial consult together, you will have received program information and a questionnaire to fill out. At the Foundation Session, we will review your completed questionnaire as well as discuss strategies, timelines and what you most want initially to focus on. We will also design our alliance to meet the needs of the coaching relationship. The first foundation session will be a minimum of $800. An annual retainer agreement can be put together as service level dictates.
